luma imports at gen con 2026: learn, play, and compete all weekend long

From July 30 – August 2, 2026, Indianapolis becomes tabletop gaming’s center of gravity as Gen Con takes over the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium for “The Best Four Days in Gaming.”

Luma Imports will be on the show floor all weekend long with a packed schedule of Learn & Play events, competitive qualifiers, and finals, giving attendees nonstop opportunities to discover new games, learn directly from demos, and jump straight into full play sessions.

A few important notes for attendees planning their visit:

Every Luma Imports event is $2 to participate, keeping entry simple and accessible across the entire schedule. For all Learn & Play sessions, attendees will also receive a $2 coupon redeemable at the Luma Imports booth, creating a “try before you buy” experience where demo time can be put directly toward games they enjoyed.

Advance planning is highly recommended. When Gen Con registration opens on May 17th, attendees can reserve seats ahead of time to guarantee participation in specific events. While Gen Con does offer on-site ticket sales, popular sessions can fill quickly, so pre-registration is the best way to secure your spot.

Across four days, nearly every hour brings something new to the table, from introductory Learn & Play sessions to high-stakes tournaments and spotlight events featuring key titles from across the catalog.

Here’s your complete guide to everything Luma Imports is bringing to Gen Con 2026.

Thursday: The Opening Rush

Thursday kicks off strong with a full day of Learn & Play sessions across the Luma lineup.

Early morning starts at 9:00 AM with Alhambra, Circadia, Compile: Main 3, and CookieRun: Braverse, followed by a steady rotation of demos and full play sessions including Captain Flip: Isla Bomba, Frosted Blooms, Medium: The Hand of Fate, and Not Alone (2nd Edition).

The afternoon continues with Fox Grove, Postcards, Fast Out, additional Compile: Main 3 sessions, and early tournament pathways forming in Compile: Main 2 Qualifiers and CookieRun Qualifiers.

Evening play features Zenith: Secret Agents, Ronin, Circadia, and more Captain Flip: Isla Bomba sessions.

Friday: Strategy, Showdowns, and Expansion Play

Friday deepens the mix of competition and repeat favorites, with many titles running multiple sessions throughout the day.

Morning highlights include Compile: Main 2 Beat the Designer, alongside all-day CookieRun: Braverse Learn & Play sessions. Players can also jump into Circadia, Fast Out, Out of Words, and midday qualifier rounds for Compile: Main 2 and CookieRun Braverse.

Afternoon and evening sessions continue with Alhambra, Captain Flip: Isla Bomba, Frosted Blooms, Medium: The Hand of Fate, and Not Alone (2nd Edition). Friday is one of the best days to explore multiple systems back to back.

Saturday: Tournaments and Peak Energy

Saturday is the heart of competition weekend. The day opens with qualifiers and Learn & Play sessions across Circadia, Compile: Main 3, CookieRun: Braverse Qualifiers, and Ronin. Midday balances casual and competitive play, leading into the centerpiece of the day:

Compile: Main 2 Finals (4:00 PM)
A full tournament finale where top players compete for victory after advancing through earlier qualifiers.

Alongside the finals, attendees can explore Alhambra, Fox Grove, Postcards, Not Alone, Zenith: Secret Agents, and Captain Flip: Isla Bomba, with open demos continuing into the evening.

Sunday: Final Plays and Championship Energy

Sunday closes the weekend with one of the biggest highlights of Gen Con:

CookieRun: Braverse Finals (9:00 AM)
A full day championship event featuring the top players from qualifiers throughout the weekend.

Alongside the finals, Sunday continues with Alhambra, Circadia, Compile: Main 3, Frosted Blooms, Medium: The Hand of Fate, Postcards, Out of Words, Zenith: Secret Agents, and Fox Grove.
