our best gen con yet: thank you from luma imports!

We are still riding the excitement of an unforgettable Gen Con 2026!

From the moment the doors opened on Thursday until the final games wrapped up on Sunday, the Luma Imports booth was consistently full of attendees learning, playing, competing, shopping, and discovering new games.

Thanks to our incredible team, partners, designers, members of the press, and everyone who stopped by Booth #2841, this was our best Gen Con yet.

Four Packed Days of Gaming

Across four packed days, our team of 18 demo staff members kept five tables running at our booth while also hosting 88 Learn & Play sessions, qualifiers, tournaments, and finals. They welcomed new players, supported returning fans, and created opportunities for attendees to learn directly from the people behind the games. We also handed out more Compile bags than we could possibly count, and they seemed to be everywhere by the end of the weekend.

Players joined us for games including Compile, CookieRun: Braverse, Circadia, Frosted Blooms, Medium: The Hand of Fate, Not Alone: Second Edition, Captain Flip, Zenith, Alhambra, Fox Grove, Fast Out, Out of Words, Ronin, and more.

Compile was especially hard to miss. Attendees learned to play, challenged the designer, competed in qualifiers, and battled their way to the finals. Congratulations to Matthew McCormick, the winner of the Compile competition!

The excitement continued inside the booth, where Compile, Captain Flip, and Zenith became our three bestselling lines of the show. Seeing attendees leave a demo excited to pick up the game and continue playing at home was one of the best parts of the weekend.

Thank You to Our Team and Designers

A weekend this successful would not have been possible without our incredible demo team. Thank you for teaching games, answering questions, managing events, supporting tournaments, and creating a welcoming experience for every player who joined you at the table.

We also want to give a special shoutout to designers Michael Yang and Nathan Thornton for joining us at Gen Con. Thank you for teaching, signing games, meeting fans, supporting events, and stepping into the competition.

Learning a game from someone who helped create it makes the experience even more memorable, and we are grateful that attendees had that opportunity.

Thank You, Gen Con!

Thank you to every member of the press who scheduled a meeting, visited our booth, previewed upcoming games, and helped share our lineup with the tabletop community.

Most importantly, thank you to every person who visited Booth #2841, joined an event, competed in a tournament, shopped our games, picked up a Compile bag, or simply stopped by to say hello.

We left Indianapolis exhausted, grateful, inspired, and already excited for the upcoming shows ahead.

Gen Con 2026 was our best Gen Con yet. We cannot wait to see you at the next table!
