Final Nine is a competitive card game based on the rules, equipment, and play of disc golf. It’s a game about making decisions, using the best disc, applying some skill, avoiding trouble, hoping for luck, and making the putt.
With this expansion pack, apply new skills, avoid extra trouble, and have more luck on two unique 18-hole courses. Use new discs, now including fairway, on the skippy suburban course, or in the dense, rolling forest course.
On each new course, players still take turns teeing off and working their way to the basket, putting to finish each hole. The rapid card cycling game system once again provides numerous combinations, allowing players to utilize drivers, fairways, mids, and putters, along with skill and luck cards to manage the course effectively.
This expansion pack introduces course-specific disc and action cards that present fresh challenges. Players still need to look out for deviations and calls that will disrupt their carefully laid plans. Additionally, new course-specific obstacles introduce extra goals that require varied approaches, such as tight lines and clusters in the forest, as well as roads and roofs in the suburbs.
The new courses can also be played at one of three levels of play: Rec, Am, or Pro. They also accommodate solo play or up to four players with either standard or battle rules. As usual, at the end of any round, the player with the lowest score wins.
Please note, the Final Nine core game is required to play this expansion pack.
